Andrew is a qualified secondary school teacher with a strong background in education and Physical Activity. He has served as a consultant to North Yorkshire Sport and is an active school governor, bringing a well-rounded perspective to youth development., Andrew has successfully grown organisations in the region that deliver high-impact programmes in schools and communities. His focus on innovation, sustainability, and meaningful outcomes has helped shape services that improve the lives of children and young people across the region.

George brings over six years of experience as a School Games Organiser (SGO), where he led regional efforts to engage children and young people in sport and physical activity. During this time, he built strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and national bodies to widen access and increase participation — particularly for those facing barriers to engagement. Now as a Director at Let’s Get Moving CIC, George continues to champion inclusive, high-impact programmes that support physical health, personal development, and community wellbeing.

Sian is a dynamic education and operations leader with a strong track record in scaling impact-led organisations. After qualifying as a primary school teacher in 2014, she transitioned into the edtech sector, joining Classroom Secrets in 2016. Over the next six years, Sian played a central role in the company’s rapid growth, holding key leadership positions including Operations Director and later Finance Director. During her tenure, she led internal strategy through the pandemic, secured high-profile contracts such as supporting the BBC’s home learning provision, and restructured financial systems to enable sustainable reinvestment.

Now part of the Kanga Group, Sian brings her strategic insight, operational excellence, and passion for children’s education and staff development to support the growth and direction of Let’s Get Moving CIC.
